Description

Our client requires a Senior Business Systems Analystto work on thier Oracle’s RightNow Customer Service application.

Must Haves

• Computer Science or related Degree / Diploma and eight (8) years relevant experience.
• Minimum eight (8) years demonstrated experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Minimum two (2) years demonstrated experience working with the Oracle RightNow (Oracle Service Cloud) Customer Service application as a system administrator or Business Systems Analyst
• Experience conducting impact assessments and estimating work effort at the project level
• Experience working with clients to understand business problems, gather and document requirements and propose solution options
• Experience writing functional specifications and providing support for development and QA teams throughout application development phases
• Experience conducting design/functional specification walkthroughs to ensure they meet business requirements and are understood by developers and testers
• Experience developing SQL queries to support business analysis, testing or client research
