BP&M Consulting is seeking a full-time Senior Business Analyst/Business Consultant/Business Transformation Architect with strong change management knowledge and experience to assist our clients with all aspects of reviewing, analyzing, and documenting their business processes in support of continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and project managers to examine major business issues, analyze the current state, provide recommendations for future state options and improvements, and perform analyses as needed during the implementation.

Required Profile
  • University degree (ideally in a technical or business-related field)
  • Business Analysis certification or designation (CBAP, PMI-PBA)
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci)
  • Federal Security Clearance (Secret)
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst/Business Consultant/Business Transformation Architect, including 10 years’ experience analyzing functional requirements, producing business process models, and documenting requirements for considered alternatives (min. 5 years with the federal government)
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience developing current and future state organizational processes
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience developing and delivering presentations to senior management
  • Extensive IM/IS/IT knowledge and experience
  • Strong business process diagnostic and Business Intelligence capabilities
  • Strong ability to acquire data from different Information Systems
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Strong presentation capabilities
  • Capacity to foresee and communicate business development opportunities
Asset Qualifications
  • English/French bilingual (minimum B/B/B level)
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
