Transdev is now hiring a full-time Scheduler/Payroll/Admin Assistant for our Regina, SK location. We are offering a competitive hourly pay between $22 - $26/hr.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling
• Administrating CBA
• Keeping HR files updated
• Filing
• Clerical Support
• Record Keeping
• Inputting and submitting payroll
• Other duties as required.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Scheduling, Administrative writing skills, Professionalism, confidentiality, organization, Verbal Communication, Above average Microsoft Office skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, University/college degree is an asset,
• Previous administrative, scheduling and transportation experience preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to understand transit operating rules and policies.
• Understanding of The Collective Bargaining Agreement, the Paratransit Agreement, Paratransit Policy & Procedure Guide, SOP’s, Saskatchewan Employment Act, National Safety Code, the Commercial Vehicles Hours of Service Regulations, and the Saskatchewan Driver’s Handbook.
• Ability to pass a drug test
