A wholesale distributor of medical professional and home healthcare products is looking for a Sales Coordinator for contract and pricing department to join their team in Mont Royal. Position is remote for the time being and will become hybrid in the future.

The proposed salary is between $45, 000 to $48, 000 a year, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (37.5 hours), RRSP match, Benefits, Performance bonus, 2 weeks vacation, 5 paid sicks days, and parking on site.

Responsibilities
  • Liaison, providing daily sales and product support via phone, fax and e-mail to AMG sales reps, broker reps and customers
  • Creation and distribution of agenda and minutes at departmental meetings
  • Researching and coordinating travel arrangements for the entire department, including application of individuals’ points programs
  • Completing and submitting listing sheets and product samples as required to obtain listings with Wholesaler and Pharmacy Chain customers
  • Coordination of planogram deliveries and installations vis-à-vis broker and AMG sales reps
  • Coordination & participation in trade shows and conferences (i.e. registration, booth furnishings, material shipment & handling, payment, maintenance and distribution of trade show schedule, etc.)
  • Distribution of monthly store list when available to Customer Service, AMG and broker reps
  • Creation and maintenance of order forms for planograms and promotional programs
  • Maintenance of Retail Price List for all products available to pharmacy chain and wholesale customers
  • Coordinate & maintain relevant info on customer portals. (Deductions, listings, etc)

Qualifications
  • Bilingual (French & English)
  • Strong computer knowledge, i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Sales and presentation skills for participation at trade shows
  • Minimum of 3 to 6 months experience in a similar position
