Paragon Design Build is seeking a residential Project Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is one who is detail & goal oriented, has significant experience with project management in the construction industry and thrives in a fast paced environment.

The responsibilities of this position include:

• Budgeting/Estimating
• Sourcing products and suppliers
• Produce material takeoffs
• Purchasing materials
• Negotiating contracts
• Apply for all required permits
• Create project schedules
• Perform plan review
• Problem solve/troubleshoot onsite concerns
• Coordination and communication with Superintendents, consultants and Owners

Qualifications:

• Significant experience with management in the construction industry, 5+ years preferred
• Exceptional time management skills
• Office 365, Word & Excel
• Experience in problem solving
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional organization skills
• Experience with Procore – an asset

Salary: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
