Overview

Iree Community Agency offers an immediate opportunity for a versatile, highly motivated Regional Business manager. We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal, and multitasking skills. The ability to provide excellent organizational skills, and great time management skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Prepare payroll and manage different franchise locations
• Provide invoices and receipts for more than 5 locations to CPA
• Responsible for daily operations of various franchise
• Make sure bills are paid on time and remit receipts.
• Organizing team roles and evaluating employee performance
• Documenting operational tasks and reporting to CEO daily
• Performing employee reviews and assessments
• Assist with new employee onboarding and training program.

Required Education, Qualifications and Experience:

· Advance College Diploma or prerequisites

· Good computer skills and great knowledge.

· Ability to Prioritize and adapt to new changes.

· Must have good time management skills and people skills

· Payroll/ finance experience is a must

· Experience in food industry is must

. Must have valid G license.

Salary: $50,000.00 per year

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 2 years (required)
• Food management: 2 years (required)
• Management: 2 years (preferred)
