WHAT’S THE JOB?
As a Proposal Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Sales Operations team, working collaboratively with Operations, Sales, Business Development, and other stakeholders to create quality, compelling proposals to help drive organizational success.
Your work will include:
- Preparing proposals and facilitating request for information, clarifications and addendums.
- Managing quality control of final bid products.
- Organizing and conducting internal department meetings, including minute preparation and progress tracking.
- Identifying and communicating task priorities and deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinating project charters, project plans, project schedules, assumption and clarification logs, risk management plans and estimate summaries.
- Assisting with the management of the development process including working through, checklists, reporting and liaising with the design and construction teams.
- Providing support, including editing and developing templates in accordance with brand standards.
- Organizing and maintaining documentation

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Post secondary education; college diploma and/or university degree
- 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with Visio, Salesforce and/or RFPIO is preferred
- Competency in Adobe and InDesign would be considered an asset
- Foundational experience with CRM and sales automation tools is an asset
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Experience in coordination work within a cross functional group in a fast-paced environment
