Project Manager

Our Exciting Opportunity:

The Project Manager Role purpose is to lead complex R&D projects and initiatives, and secure that project goals, time and budget are in agreement with the internal/external stakeholders.

The initial assignment of a person will be support of Release Handling activities.

You will:

• Takes full responsibility and accountability for the committed work and delivers according to plans and overall estimates
• Has sense of urgency, defines mitigation plan and escalates on time with proper path
• Applies courageous leadership through challenging, taking charge and not hesitating to take decisions
• Motivates and communicates the full picture of what, when and why to program/project and all key stakeholders
• Embraces change, innovation and continuous learning
• Fosters good team spirit, enabling people
• Has integrity, receives/gives feedback in a professional way, act as a good example
• Ability to manage the full scope of the project/program (product, strategic, business, customer, technical, organizational, flow, WoW and financial aspects)
• Creates, visualizes and provide transparency of performed work
• Mitigates risks, removes impediments and takes care of escalations

To be successful in the role you must have:

• Minimum 2 years in Project Management
• Practical knowledge gained in IT/Telecom Project Management as an asset
• Good skills to enable people and build high productive teams
• Good skills to lead people
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Lean and value optimization
• Good financial and business understanding.
• Sales and business development, negotiation and argumentation skills.
