Bell’s forward-thinking Customer Operations team is creating the ultimate service experience for our residential, wireless and small business consumers. We lead strategic development and execution of day-to-day operations, develop tools and processes to drive service enhancements, manage customer loyalty and retention, and leverage big data and artificial intelligence to create intellectual property.


As part of the Small Business Client Experience team, the Project Manager will report into the Senior Manager and be accountable for defining and delivering on the customer operations roadmap for our Small Business clients.
This role entails end-to-end involvement in problem definition and analysis, solution design, execution and monitoring. The successful candidate needs to be capable of developing implementation strategies and delivering results with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of projects involving business case building, solution design and implementation, change management, and post launch monitoring
  • Effectively engage, lead and influence cross functional teams to deliver highest level of quality on all projects within committed timeline and scope, meeting all project requirements and deliverables
  • Regularly present project updates and plans to VP and SVP level audiences
  • Use critical thinking and analytical skills to identify and prove viability of new initiatives which improve customer experience, enhance processes or systems, or create operational efficiencies
  • Engage and build strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to understand their goals and instill confidence to ensure alignment to capital roadmap and adoption of solutions
  • Support the Senior Manager in articulating the capital roadmap to the senior leadership team


Qualifications:

  • Strong problem solving skills and able to develop an approach to decision making
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented and demonstrated ability to deliver results
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills; clear and concise verbal and written communication style, able to effectively communicate, influence and present at all levels
  • Flexible and resilient; able to adapt in an environment where priorities shift frequently
  • Team oriented and possessing excellent leadership skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
  • Project management skills and experience considered an asset

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
