  • Collaborate with stakeholder teams to diagnose and address bottlenecks and continuously improve our process
  • Re-design the procurement process as needed to serve the business as it scales
  • Partner with the Financial Systems team to ensure our procurement tool accommodates our needs
  • Conduct regular activities in support of SOX controls (e.g. quarterly review of open POs and inactive/duplicate vendors, W9 and W8 documentation)
What we look for
  • You have 5-7 years of recent experience in Procurement Management and Procurement Tools (preferably Coupa)
  • You will have great attention to detail
  • You are adaptable and will enjoy working in a rapidly growing company
