Duties include:

• providing a high level of professional customer service via accurate and safe delivery of medications and supplies to clients, between pharmacies and to allied health care providers
• providing support to dispensary and bookkeeping staff: replenishment of pharmacy supplies, inter-pharmacy transfers, accurate and detailed record keeping of deliveries, delivery of invoices and deposits
• accurate preparation and delivery of mail going to communities throughout the Yukon

Knowledge and skills required:

• Class 5 Drivers license and clean driving record
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work within a team, but also to organize and prioritize workload independently to accomplish daily tasks
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Ability to deal with situations in a professional manner
• Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships
• Ability to organize, prioritize and adapt to workload changes
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the position, which may include lifting heavier loads
