The FFUN Group is one of Canada’s fastest growing brands and we are looking for talent. Specifically, a keen, well-organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy SUPERSTAR to join our FFUN Collision Team as the Parts Advisor.

Do you have experience in parts, collision, SGI, shipping/receiving, ordering? With the right attitude, attributes, and skills, this could be a match made in heaven.

• You’re a Meticulous Mastermind. You love to do lists, a digital/paper note-taker and has a “get it done attitude”.
• You’re a Team Player. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to help your team to keep things running smoothly and successfully.
• You bring enthusiasm and positive energy. You’re a people person, going above and beyond for your customer comes naturally to you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working with staff on scheduling incoming customer repairs based on parts availability.
• Organizing part orders.
• Liaise with Body and Paint Technicians as well as customers to effectively complete collision repairs.
• Complete work order for parts that are accurate and timely.
• Provide exceptional customer service when attending to retail parts inquiries.
• Keeping returns and other areas with a reasonable 30 day or less schedule.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience working within and organizing a parts department.
• Highly organized, detail oriented and works well independently within a team environment.
• Excel at placing new, used and aftermarket part orders for SGI claims.
• Computer literate.
• Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment.
