PART TIME Graphic Designer/Content Creator - Job Description(approx 15-20 hours per week)

Aspex Eyewear Group is looking for a creative individual proficient in graphic design with strong photography skills (videography/editing talent a plus)to contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing needs, including branding, graphic design, photography, digital marketing, and social media.The Graphic Designer/Content Creator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.This position requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills along with working in conjunction with team members.

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing department’s initiatives and assist in the completion of assigned projects

• Prioritize assigned tasks including social media, graphic design, photography, videography basics/editing, print and signage.

• Collaborate and create content for social media and marketing programs.

• Collaborate and create collateral materials (marketing flyers, decks/guides, one-sheets, brochures, and the like)

• Performs special projects as requested, and Logo creation if needed

• Contributes to the team and company efforts by providing creative assistance as needed.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in Graphic Design

• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign Graphics Suite , Photoshop

• Skilled Graphic Designer, with solid photography skills

• Video content/editing a plus

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

• Attention to detail and experience managing multiple tasks

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ENGLISH IS A MUST)

• Ability to self-motivate and work independently

• Strong project management skills

• Creativity/Willingness to experiment

• Ability to create great working relationships with all levels within the company and across multiple disciplines

Job Type: Part-time

• Mont-royal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
