Holy Family School Division is seeking a Vice Principal. The current placement will be in Weyburn at an English Pre-K
– Grade 9 school with approximately 500 students.

The successful candidate will:

• Be a current practicing Catholic active in his/her personal faith formation with a deep commitment to the principles of Catholic Education
• Possess a Bachelor of Education Degree from an institution recognized by Saskatchewan Ministry of Education, a

Master’s Degree in Education would be an asset

• Be a registered member of the Saskatchewan Professional Teachers Regulatory Board (SPTRB)
• Proven ability to effectively plan, organize and manage the human and physical resources of the school would be an asset
• Demonstrate effective communication, facilitation, and problem solving skills
• Demonstrate flexibility and a readiness to take on roles and challenges as they arise in order to meet school and division goals
• Be a servant leader with proven instructional leadership, 21st Century educational skills to enhance pedagogy, carry out school goals and improvement plans
• Have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess demonstrated knowledge of Saskatchewan Ministry of Education initiatives
• Leadership in extracurricular and community service would be an asset
• Ability to successfully work with students with intense needs
• Leadership in data driven decision making
