Office Administrator / Document Filing Specialist - Part-Time

Our client a Fortune 500 company and one of the world’s leading integrated producers of concentrated phosphate and potash. Has an immediate need for aFilling Specialist. This is a part time contract position 20 to 25 hours a week for six (6) months based out of Regina Saskatchewan. Candidates will be working remotely in this role.

Description

We are looking for someone that has expertise with filing engineering documents for multiple sources into a central repository

Accountabilities

• Responsible for the management of filing, distribution and communication of drawing and technical documents
• Responsible for both physical and electronic filing systems and support development of standards and practices relating to document control within the project.
• Keeping all parties up to date with documentation standards, including a centralized and orderly documentation numbering and filing structure compatible with existent information databases, updating of Masters Documentation as per approved Engineering content in system
• Manages effective process communication with internal team members to provide an overview of document control procedures.
  

Required

• 5+ years of documents management experience in an EPC or industrial setting
• Experience with large projects and with an operational facility is an asset
• Experience and knowledge of SharePoint and/or other document control systems
• Strong communication, organizational and problem solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
