About Future of Good’s audience
Future of Good’s primary audience are the millions of changemakers across Canada; we define changemakers as professionals, boards, decision-makers and groups who work in social purpose teams in diverse types of organizations such as not-for-profits, charities, social service agencies, philanthropic organizations, different levels of government, associations, impact investing firms, social enterprises, co-operatives, academia and think tanks, global development and humanitarian aid organizations, and corporate social responsibility teams in companies. Our audience works everyday to address diverse causes, from human rights to climate action and education to newcomer settlement.

About working with Future of Good
Future of Good is a new organization; however, we are striving to be a new type of organization. Benefits, wellness days and development opportunities are still rare in many social purpose organizations but we believe they are essential. Our values are: artistic, brave, curious, humble, inclusive and respectful.

Wellness matters.
At Future of Good, wellness is central to our cultural DNA. All Future of Good staff have five weeks paid vacation, unlimited health days, Fridays off in the summer, and a comprehensive benefits package. Everybody talks about how good paid vacation is in Europe, so we looked it up and matched it.

Learning and growth matters.
We believe that continuous learning and unlearning helps us realize our collective potential. All Future of Good staff get paid time off as well as technology and professional development funds to fuel their creativity, learning and growth. Attend a course, upgrade your laptop, sign up for a conference or learn new software.

Pay transparency matters.
All pay ranges at Future of Good are made public in postings. To go even further, all interview candidates are compensated for their interview time, and the ratio between the lowest paid full-time employee and highest-paid full-time employee is no more than 3:1. So if the top must rise, then the bottom must rise too.
