What You Will Do:

• Maintain continuous contact with existing customers through e-mails and telephone
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information to customers
• Use problem solving capabilities to effectively resolve any conflicts with clients and/or carriers
• Coordinating/dispatching freight
• Estimate or quote prices/credit or contract terms
• Work closely with Account Executives to deliver exceptional customer service to clients
• Follow-up with carriers and clients to obtain and relay real-time information regarding freight delivery

What You Have:

• Previous experience in a logistics role an asset
• Advanced time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• The ability to persevere
• Understanding of basic mathematical and geographical concepts
