The company imports and exports shipments globally, providing a quick and smooth process when handling their clients’ cargo.

Duties
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with freight carriers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers to optimize cost efficiency.
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks to update inventory records and track shipments.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to logistics operations.

Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of freight transportation, including different modes (air, ocean, trucking).
- Experience in sales management or account management is a plus.
- Proficient in data entry and using computer systems for logistics management (e.g., AS400).
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
