We are looking for a creative and passionate leader to join the team in leading the creation and acceleration of the Cloud Radio Access Network (RAN) solution deployment offering. We are embracing the cloud-native principles to deliver our product with decreased time to market, decreased operational costs, better customer experience and, increased organizational efficiency.

In this role you will:

• 
  Analyze the opportunities to use ML in the Cloud RAN product and its eco-system
• Define the necessary data pipelines for use cases exploration and modeling
• Work with customers, CU delivery projects and PDU to get an early understanding of the upcoming deployment specifics and service opportunities with ML
• Clearly define when best to use ML and when not to considering the implementation and performances impacts
• Plan and execute on the long-term strategy of AI/ML for Cloud RAN
• Work with the PDU architects to have a holistic approach to ML execution environment in the solution

• Grasp market development and understand customer and competitor situations

• Have outstanding communication skills, especially in the customer dimension where you are accurate and to the point, with the ability to stand steady and work through issues towards key stakeholders
• Embrace technical innovation and help create a technically fit organization
• Strong knowledge of data science used in a Telco and Cloud environement
• Maintain overall industry knowledge on latest trends and technology in the landscape
• Leadership ability to drive solution identification, articulating several options and recommendations backed with pros/cons/reasoning
• Have experience working on data-intensive projects using modern data platforms and advanced analytics methods
• Strong skills in manipulating and transforming structured, semi-structured and unstructured data
• Excellent proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Python, PySpark, SQL, Keras and Tensorflow
