ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Maintaining inventory count and audit records

· Auditing materials management, warehouse, and production processes against SOPs as they relate to inventory touch points

· Investigating deviations from SOPs and identifying root cause

· Spot checking inventory for accuracy (outbound shipments)

· Working with the Materials Management team to ensure controls are being followed

· Advising management on possible process improvements for sustainable inventory accuracy

· Ensure compliance to all Health and Safety legislation/guidelines for self and staff at all times

OTHER DUTIES

We work in a fast pace environment, rolling up our sleeves to build something bigger than ourselves. Other duties may arise from time to time/most of the time and as a team, we look to support each other.

YOUR BRAND, YOUR STORY

We already know you love working with numbers, but we want to know more about your strengths. You’re good at the following:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or relevant field

· Minimum 2 years industry experience in a similar role

· Intermediate excel skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

· Language: Fluency in Punjabi is a bonus

· Hands on experience with ERP: running reports, looking up records, etc.,

· Strong investigative skills, a methodological work approach, and ability to quantify issues/opportunities

· The ability to collaborate and work well cross functionally

· Strong business acumen, sense of urgency, organization, and ability to multi-task

· Must have the ability to maintain and pass an RCMP criminal record check, and obtain security clearance.
