• Actalent is seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer for a long term opportunity to join a growing team and work on exciting projects.*
• Description:*
• Working on TV White Space Point-to-Multipoint wireless communication system
• Support team on testing and system-level debugging
• Designing hardware such as digital and analog circuit design, schematic capture, layout, simulation, and preparing the detailed design, test, and manufacturing documentation
• Validate evaluation board design, schematics, and SI
• Select or design waveguide filters, combiners/dividers, strip-line filters, mixers, attenuators, and couplers.
• Top Skills Details:* 1.) Hardware Engineering experience (Digital and Analog circuit design) 8+ years 2.) Full Hardware Development Cycle Experience (Schematic Capture, Layout, Verification, Architecture etc..)
• Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
• Experience in hardware design process such as component selection, digital and analog circuit design, schematic capture, layout, simulation, and validation
• Good understanding of basic communications and wireless systems theory and experience with RF hardware design and integration
• Proven experience with RF tests and basic lab instruments including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies
• Familiarity with EMI/EMC compliance issues
• Familiarity with requirements definition and/or verification and validation methodologies and technology
