What you’ll be doing.

The General Manager role is one of leadership and commitment to the process. Overseeing all variable and fixed operations, this role drives the performance of the store by attracting, developing and retaining the very best talent and creating an exceptional buying and ownership experience for our customers.

Performance metrics and operating guidelines will define your boundaries, but your rock star status is determined by identifying the shortfalls and developing sustainable, corrective actions for enduring success. It’s all about having a little FFUN. Afterall, you’re interacting with some of the best people and one of best luxury brands in Canada. That should keep your motor running.

We keep things simple, measuring your performance on achieving and exceeding:

• Targeted unit sales (number of units and dollars) and profit in all business areas.
• Targeted expense management.
• Targeted employee retention.
• Targeted Customer Satisfaction Index.

A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we’re looking for:

• Relevant General Manager experience retailing something with a motor on land or water!
• Minimum of 10 years of management experience in a sales or service capacity.
• Strong financial acumen, beyond just using the calculator app on your phone.
• Be the voice (and the pretty face) of our business in the community.
• Passion and enthusiasm. Not just for the sweet products you sell, but for inspiring your team like a sports movie monologue.
• Valid driver’s license; must have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
