DESCRIPTION

A Läderach Key Holder is passionate and dedicated about providing a wonderful in-store experience.

General Duties Include:

• Assisting the Store Manager
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Training and helping Store Associates to ensure that sales goals are met.
• Leading and assigning various in-store tasks as well as other role-related duties assigned by the Store Manager
• Following merchandising and visual standards.
• Ensure all food safety protocols are followed.
• Open and Close the store

Desired Qualifications Include:

• Previous experience in premium retail or similar fast-paced environment
• 6 months experience in Retail Management is required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling
• Passionate about chocolate !
• Full availability (weekends including FRIDAY< SATURDAY & SUNDAY)
