Full time Cook

Full-time cooking position. The job includes preparations of a wide variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, prep work, and some baking throughout the morning. They are responsible for cooking, tracking, ordering, cleaning and maintaining clean kitchen station and display shelves.

Other requirements:

• Preparing a variety of mixes of doughs, cookies, muffins, scones throughout in the morning.

• Responsible for cooking and displaying all food goods consistently to meet our standards.

• Wash and peel vegetables and fruit.

• Assist other cook and kitchen staff.

• Wash utensils, pots, and pans by using dishwashers or by hands

• Cleaned and sanitized all work stations, equipment, utensils, and storage areas

• Restock all items as required throughout shift

• Weekends required
