Position Overview

Are you someone who is a strategic thinker, and up for a new challenge? As the Earth Rated team grows, we are looking to welcome a motivated eCommerce Key Account Specialist to join our eCommerce team! This person will be tasked with developing, executing and accelerating Earth Rated’s eRetailer presence both in North America and abroad. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving new customer problems, developing processes, and discovering new market opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to meet and exceed sales and profitability goals;
  • Leverage your expertise to create and lead a go-to-market strategy and identify key eRetail growth partners;
  • Aggregate sales and marketing performance, and provide insightful and data driven analysis to key stakeholders;
  • Manage new and existing eRetailer relations, including handling negotiations, onboarding, product assortment, sales projections, and marketing promotions;
  • Respond promptly to all internal and external inquiries, and process-related requests;
  • Ensure best in class e-commerce listings across all retailers and proper positioning against competitors;
  • Constantly review retailer assortments to ensure appropriate brand representation and consistency;
  • Identify and resolve any product, MAP pricing and shipping discrepancies;
  • Provide direction to the Sales, Logistics and Marketing teams to establish and sustain a positive collaborative working environment, ensuring communication and clarity of accountability;
  • Responsible for the success & growth of accounts assigned to you.

Qualifications

  • 2+ Years of Account Development experience, preferably eCommerce related;
  • Strategic planning abilities, combined with strong financial management
  • Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills are essential;
  • A passion for moving the business forward, while building and influencing both internal and external relationships with effective communicators, cross functional partners, and presenters;
  • Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information;
  • Interest and passion for our industry and its evolution.
