Description

Proven experience in Deskside Support. Microsoft technologies including Windows10. MS Office Suite, email. PC hardware troubleshooting and maintenance. Experience with Incident Management tool to receive, update, escalate and close incident tickets. Experience with PC refresh, asset management, PC lifecycle management. Managing responsibilities and priorities to achieve SLAs. Must be fluid with Network equipment - configuring, replacing and installing. Able to handle 24X7 on call rotation. Bring your own device solution (must provide cell phone) .Good oral and written communications required.

Candidates should be the best of the best; mature, customer-service oriented with a "whatever it takes" mentality. Need a self starter, who can handle multiple tasks, prioritize requests, and manage customer expectations for service delivery. Will work solo at the site, with minimal oversight. Candidates must be comfortable educating and guiding Michelin employees. Candidates must also have a "thick skin" and calmly resolve issues in a timely manner with quality outcomes. Includes On Call duties for Network Hands and Feet.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Customer service and professional demeanor in person is a must.
