Position Overview:

Reporting to the Priority Value Driver (PVD) Owner, the Customer Support Program Coordinator will work with the business leaders and employees at various levels throughout the organization and will be responsible for a variety of coordination duties in support of strategically focused Customer Support initiatives.

Job Description:

Major Job Functions:
  • Set up and manage PVD framework and strategic imperatives in tools such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Track program workplans and create reporting process with cadence
  • Coordinate reporting packages for all levels of leadership
  • Support design and development of material creation in PowerPoint
  • Coordinate scorecard monthly completion
  • Send out pre-read material, consolidate all-industry documents for electronic file management
  • Coordinate program support for Customer Support initiatives
  • Scheduling and preparing for meetings, including preparing agendas, executive presentations, and minutes

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing or business or related field with a minimum of 3 years of office experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience with any subset of project management.
  • Experience with event coordination planning.
  • Clear concise written, verbal, communication skills that are professional, timely and accurate
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in all aspects of the MS Office applications with an emphasis in Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic work environment
