About The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative, Claims Management Services to join our growing team!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide support for travel and credit card claims with the ability to act decisively and a high degree of autonomy. This role can be based out of our Mississauga ON, Moncton NB, Saint John NB or St. John’s NL office and requires flexibility to work shifts between the working hours are 8-8pm EST M-F and Sat 9-5pm EST.

  • You love to learn and develop. You are passionate about insurance and continuing education.
Qualifications

What you bring to the table:
  • 1 year experience in a call centre environment (in a queue) is preferred or previous customer service experience with a proven history of strong customer focus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, Bilingual in French is considered an asset
  • Insurance industry experience is beneficial
  • Degree/Diploma in a relevant field and/or professional qualification
  • Experience within a changing environment and a process improvement mindset
  • You are enthusiastic and excited to enroll and take the path towards completion of the CIP designation.
