JOB SUMMARY:
Under the administrative direction of the Customer Service Manager and/or the Director of Marketing, this individual will aid in the daily operations of the business regarding customer service, processing customer payments, record keeping, telephone reception and other duties as assigned by the Manager(s).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and solve in-person, telephone and e-mail customer concerns.
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- The applicant will be required to complete bank deposit runs as needed.
- To maintain and re stock office supplies if needed.
- Able to execute payments over the counter and by phone.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Will need to cross train on administrative duties related to North 60 customer cardlock cards.
- Assist Credit Manager in collecting and resolving customer credit card / payment issues. This includes reconciling customer accounts.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIRMENTS-
- Must be able to work independently or with a Team.
- Excellent time management and ability to manage interruptions and changing priorities.
- Ability to communicate with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally both verbally and electronically.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have a valid driver’s licence. Use company vehicles for inter office mail and other tasks as directed.
- Good knowledge of multi-line phone systems.
- May require Basic First Aid Training and WHMIS provided through the company.
WORK ENVIRONMENT-
Must be able to sit for long periods of time. For the most part, exposure is ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
This position has no independent authority and requires the approval of the Customer Service Manager and/or the Director of Marketing

Wages for this position are in accordance with the Collective Agreement. North 60 is proud to offer an attractive benefits package to all employees.
Completion of Secondary School is an asset
Hours of operation: 8 AM to 5 PM (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
