Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator(English and French)

About us and the Role:

MVP Group is dedicated to being a leader in the food service industry while maintaining the highest level of customer service. MVP Group’s products can be found in every facet of the food service industry, hotels, restaurant, schools, government institutions, churches, pubs, and golf courses. Our products are currently being used in Subway restaurants worldwide, Burger King, as well as Marriott and Best Western Hotels to name a few.

MVP Group is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator in our Montreal office. We need an enthusiastic individual who can be the glue to our customer service team. The successful candidate for this role will help manage the workflow effectively and efficiently between all departments.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage Customer Service emails, voicemails and other means of communication and transfer the information to the correct person/department.
• Manage workflow between the clients and the respected departments dependent on the clients’ query.
• Maintains a high level of professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information in database.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Your Skills and Abilities:

• Bilingual (French and English)
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Maintains a high level of professionalism with customers.

• Ability to resolve conflict.

• Analyzing information
• Efficient with MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, Sage, etc.

Additional Details:

• 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Day shift.
• Full Benefits Package - After 3-month probationary period.

• Salary: $35,000.00 to $38,000.00 /year as per experience
