The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for implementing customer-provided changes in a high-quality and consultative manner across professional service website, business listing, and other internet marketing services. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, has strong written and oral communication skills, and is able to action customer changes into their website/marketing program seamlessly.

What You’ll Do
  • Communicate with customers via inbound call and e-mail requests (20-30 interactions per day).
  • Implement customer-provided changes using industry knowledge, design experience, and other creative assets to ensure a cohesive website.
  • Make changes using web-based authoring tools and applications to include editing content and graphic design using applications like Adobe Photoshop.
  • Assist customers with self-service website and business listing changes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities, clearly communicate progress, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Openly accept and incorporate qualitative feedback.
  • Open to learning new web design, marketing, and coding techniques involving web design.
  • Participates in cross-functional team meetings to improve processes.

Who You Are
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual creative skills.
  • Detail-oriented, problem solver, and dynamic.
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute (WPM).
  • Multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong conflict resolution, critical thinking and trouble-shooting skills.
  • Adobe Photoshop experience (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of web authoring tools required.
  • High school Diploma (or equivalent) is required.
  • 1-2 year experience in fast-paced work environment is preferred.
  • Up-to-date design portfolio displaying recent work is encouraged.
