Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction coordination or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Proficient in using phone systems for effective communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
