Role And Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for supporting cloud operations to enhance, improve & maintain capabilities across the global technical landscape
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to balance and accommodate competing objectives
  • Use the latest industry standard tools and best practices to meet the evolving needs of our internal engineers, developers and external customers
  • Participate in an on-call rotation where you will handle short-term customer and service incidents
  • Research, Design and Build tools and systems to improve the time to market of our products
  • Automate and orchestrate wherever possible
  • Research, design and implement tools, system and services to augment and improve cloud operations
Skills And Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant and hands-on experience as Cloud or DevOps technical specialist working with AWS, GCP or Azure
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible or other tools
  • Expertise with Linux system administration and networking technologies
  • Experience with automating cloud native technologies, deploying applications and provisioning infrastructure
  • Experience with monitoring and log aggregating frameworks such as Kafka, Logstash, Datadog, ElasticSearch, and Kabana
  • Experience developing and supporting cloud native CI/CD workflows and tools, such as Jenkins, CircleCI, Code Deploy or Spinnaker
  • Strong troubleshooting/debugging skills and a passion for problem solving
  • Comfortable with at least 1 of the following (Shell, Python, Go, Java) and open to working with others
  • Strong presentation, verbal communication and written communication skills
  • Experience implementing and designing cloud native security concepts, DevSecOps, or MLOps
  • Architectural leadership experience with microservices and distributed applications, such as containers, Kubernetes, and/or serveries technology
