Known Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience in a senior executive position within various departments required
• Prior northern experience in dealing with government & organizations that impact on northern issues, developments required
• Experience of reporting & working alongside board of directors of a large organization or cooperation, profit or nonprofit required
• Experience with administrative & operational management including working with various departments required
• Prior working experience with Nunavut Agreement (NA), regional associations, the governance & board standards required
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required
