Known Requirements

• Senior level experience in all facets of human resources management within a dynamic, medium to large, unionized environment required
• Experience in human resources strategy, policy, program development & implementation required
• University Degree in Business, Commerce or other related field required
• Membership in Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario (HRPAO) required
• Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) required
• Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) required
• Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) required
• Bilingualism in English & French required
