Belle Cannabis is a newly licensed retail cannabis store in Toronto. We are aspiring to re-define the consumers experience with Cannabis by promoting responsible use of our products. Our values are to re-establish the integrity of Cannabis in our community. We are located on Yonge Street just South of Lawrence

We are currently seeking budtenders to join our team. All applicants must be at the minimum of 19 years of age.

We will be open 7 days a week. Shifts will include weekdays, weekends, day shifts, night shifts and holidays. Flexible availability is required.

Job Description:

· Familiar with its various product forms (flower, vape, edibles, concentrates, accessories)

· Great customer service

· Reliable and able to work variable hours

· Always greet customers as they enter the store

· Create an educational and informative experience for all customers

· ID all customers who look under the age of 25 years old

· Pick, pack and fulfill product orders

· Clean and organize product shelving and displays as needed

· Assist with any other duties as needed or assigned

· Process transactions through the store point of sale system (POS)

· Guide and direct customers in their cannabis purchasing experience

· Bring a positive attitude to the work atmosphere

Job Requirements:

· Must be at least 19 years of age and legally able to work

· Must obtain CannSell Retail Certificate prior to start date

· Must provide a copy of clean Criminal Background Check prior to start date

· Experience with retail POS software and devices

· Assisting customers with automated ordering system and operating POS checkout

· Managing inventory (scanning/stocking product, reporting)

· Be familiar with all laws and regulations surrounding Cannabis and Cannabis Retail Stores

· Understanding of the rules and regulations of the AGCO (The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario)

· Fundamental knowledge of Cannabis and ability to clearly communicate the basics of responsible use

· Be Covid-19 conscious (wear mask and regular sanitizing of equipment)

Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Part-time hours: 20 per week
