We’re looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Talent Acquisition Professional to partner with our People and Places Solutions group to deliver full cycle recruiting solutions for junior to intermediate level professional hires.

As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Professional, you’ll join an established recruiting team and hiring manager group to ensure a positive candidate experience while working to fill current openings. We’ll rely on you to support recruiting efforts focused on buildings and /or infrastructure roles. You’ll further develop your sourcing skills, cold-calling capabilities, and adaptability to the needs of a larger recruitment team. In this role you can work from a Canadian office, from home or a combination (at your choice).

Connectivity with members of the business unit and management team will be critical, as you align on hiring strategies to identify and attract emerging talent. You’ll communicate with hiring managers regularly, understanding what quality looks like and forming partnerships that result in hiring success! Your responsibilities will include researching positions, opening and managing requisitions, sourcing, cold calling, phone screening, working with Recruitment Coordinators to schedule interviews, and negotiating and closing offers. You’ll also apply your strong organizational skills as you manage and track all candidate activity. Responsiveness and ability to source active and passive candidates quickly and keep information up to date are key!

Here’s What You’ll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional recruiting experience managing a requisition workload, utilizing full desk recruiting strategies - preferably in an A/E/CM or Technology Engineering work environment
  • Experience utilizing an applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Taleo preferred
  • Proficient in written and spoken French
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related Business Administration field
  • Previous recruiting experience in buildings and infrastructure
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Strong focus and passion for recruiting a diverse slate of candidates
