A day in the life of an agent…

• Help customers get competitive mortgage rates within the best of your abilities, in an environment that encourages you to constantly improve and exceed your potential. Every day, you will assist clients in getting the best mortgage rates and products available in Canada. Your tasks include the following:
• Engage in customer focus home financing conversations with a goal of bringing new customers to the business.
• Ensuring outstanding interactions with clients and lending partners;
• Use strong negotiating skills to obtain mortgage skills
• Carefully listening to customers’ needs to provide them with a personalized experience.
• Be empathetic, open-minded and maintain a positive attitude regardless of the situation.
• Support your teammates. Sharing our strategies is how we achieve our goals.

You are an ideal candidate if you are…

• Fluently bilingual in French and English;
• High school graduate;
• Able to adapt to changing situations & motivated by success;
• Experience in financial and/or customer service related field is an added asset;
• Masterful in the art of analysis and problem solving;
• Able to navigate easily through tools and have the ability to adapt;

• A schedule of up to 40 hours with a variety of shifts, day, evening, and weekend depending on the needs of the business.
• Operational schedule: Monday to Friday from 11:30am to 8:00pm.
• A salary of $16 / hour.
