Canadian AV Technologies is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Audio-Visual Business Development Representative to join the team.

Based in Calgary, CanAVTech manages complex installations and technology integrations for some of Western Canada’s largest companies. With decades of experience, our projects are managed from the planning stages through to the continued support and maintenance for our clients after the project is complete.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling and emailing;
  • Evaluate client needs to propose innovative technological solutions and assist in selecting the best-suited options;
  • Utilize Jobber CRM to track and manage leads and opportunities;
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and quotes to potential clients to showcase company products and services;
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements;
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or technical sales is preferred;
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal;
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully;
  • Familiarity with technology sales and understanding of market trends.
