JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Greeting and assisting customers with their four-legged customers.
• Receiving, stocking and organizing inventories
• Operating cash register with POS System
• Maintaining store cleanliness & tidiness

• Manage a team of employees including but not limited to recruiting, scheduling, training, day-to-day assignment of tasks, supervision and coaching
• Operational Standards/Procedures ensure that all staff adhere to the standards and procedures
• Administrative activities coordinate order placements, and conduct regular cycle counts and keep inventory up to date.
• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the store.
• Business results coordinate efforts of store staff to achieve targeted results
• Other duties and tasks as required
• Training will be provided

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day
• Passion for pets and people
• Warm and welcoming personality
• Strong customer service skills
• Passionate in learning about pet nutrition and care
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service and retail store management experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $19.50-$23.00 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Pet: 1 year (preferred)
• Retail Store Management: 1 year (required)
• Customer service: 1 year (required)
• sales: 1 year (preferred)
