We are looking for Architectural Technologist who will support our Production and Construction team and be a key member to achieve the project goals and expectations of our clients. This individual will be central in assuring that our client’s expectations are met by having a commitment to the details and a critical eye when reviewing plans. Big Block is a fast-growing and dynamic organization so we are looking for an individual who is flexible, can wear multiple hats, and has a desire for both personal and professional growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Liaise with municipal government representatives, land developers and team members on various projects.

· Prepare plot plans, grade slips, building plans and joist layout for municipal governments.

· Complete permit applications and compile all required documentation.

· Have building code knowledge in both part 9 and part 3 residential construction.

· Have extensive experience working with Revit/AutoCAD/Adobe Suite

· Review specifications and prepare working drawings and construction documentation for various projects.

· Create job files and manage all project documentation and contract administration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $38,814.23-$83,896.77 per year
