- Location: Regina, SK
- Job Type: Full-Time| Permanent
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist with the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders as necessary.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Welcome and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
