Job description

Brycg Capital Partners Ltd. are seeking passionate and reliable candidates, to join us as Customer Service and Administration Staff.
You will be working with their customers via phone calls, emails and online order placement and management. Those with a positive attitude, attention to detail and desire to offer the best service experience, will be best suited to the roles.

You will be dealing with a wide range of people from the general public, builders, tradesman to resellers & project managers; this fast-paced role combines inbound enquiries, customer orders and outbound order confirmations over both the phone and email.

To be successful in this role, you will:
Provide consistent and high-quality service standard to our customers, embedding a First Time Right culture
Provide solution-based outcomes with an emphasis on customer experience
Manage your own work performance to meet set objectives
Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers
Ensure business compliance to relevant governance requirements
Handle customer enquiries, orders, escalations and complaints
Schedule customer deliveries to ensure best use of warehouse capacity

Understand computers and is comfortable with technology
Strong Microsoft Excel experience
Experience in Transport and Logistics or similar industries
