• Description:* Seeking 4 x AR Administrators to join the team. Typically, folks transition to permanent after 3-6 months based on performance.
  
  

Work 2 days in office 3 days from home.

• Perform accurate and timely completion of Accounts Receivable transactions
• Process client payments, apply receipts, issue client statements, process payment plans, reconcile statements, and assist in the collection of outstanding receivables
• Respond to queries from our internal and external clients in a timely and professional manner
• Support the Accounting team and various internal clients as needed
• Dealing with high volume emails (roughly 200 emails daily depending on how active the branches are)
• Adjusting payment set ups, writing off balances, postings.
• Provide daily support to branches.
• The volume is roughly 300-400 payments daily
