Our client, a Canadian global leader in exploration, mine engineering, and environmental protection has an immediate need for aProgram Administrator. This is a contract position for nine (9) months. This role will start remotely with the potential to be based out of the Saskatoon office in the future.

Accountabilities

• Assist with coordination of contractor mobilization and ongoing support including pre-mob deliverables, flights, training, etc.
• Provide general support to the construction management team
• Administer document control processes
• Support implementation/adoption of digital solutions / digitalized processes
  

Required

• 4-9 years (intermediate) experience providing administrative support
• Aptitude or experience in application of digital tools
• Self starter, able to learn and apply new concepts, software and use of tools quickly and independently
• Solid interpersonal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work
• Previous experience in construction, engineering, or project management work environments an asset
  

Additional Information

• Work Schedule Tuesday to Saturday, 40 hours per week
• Saskatoon Operations Centre/Work Remotely
• May required occasional travel to Northern Saskatchewan or Ontario sites
