We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

  • Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Take customer orders and process payments using a POS system.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about menu items.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.
