Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Real Estate Floor Plan Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and visually appealing floor plans for real estate properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and design, with proficiency in AutoCAD software. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create precise and visually appealing floor plans for residential and commercial real estate properties.
• Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and measurements to accurately depict property layouts.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, architects, and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure all floor plans adhere to industry standards and regulations.
• Make revisions and modifications to floor plans as necessary based on feedback and changes in project scope.
• Maintain organized files and documentation of all floor plans and related materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Floor Plan Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• Strong understanding of drafting techniques, including scale, dimensioning, and annotation.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to floor plan design.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in architecture, drafting, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the real estate industry.
• Familiarity with other drafting software and tools.
• Portfolio showcasing previous floor plan designs and projects.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: $120.00-$600.00 per day
