We’re currently looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join our Retail Services team. You will be responsible for managing a team of associates and senior associates, building close relationships with customers and providing excellent service. You will contribute to the overall success of the branch by finding ways to improve customer’s experience, handle customer complaints and/or emergencies, and participate in implementing new policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Experience managing a team of employees (coaching, directing, scheduling) a strong asset
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Flexible availability
  • Experience in the banking sector a valuable asset
  • Strong technical skills, able to promote and present digital and self-servicing banking services
