Enterprise Digital is actively recruiting candidates for our analyst role. At Enterprise Digital, we’re building the bank of the future. As Analyst, Enterprise Digital Sprint, you will support the strategic direction of CIBC’s digital growth, initiatives and client experience. This role will be responsible for supporting the Strategy pillar of Enterprise Digital, enabling us to build and maintain our roadmap, based on the needs of our partners across the bank while also taking into account external factors that will influence our digital future.


You will be part of a dynamic enterprise digital sprint team that works collaboratively across the entire bank. You will be responsible for supporting strategies, running discoveries, MVPs, POCs, and/or end-to-end launch of products via organizing, prioritizing and assessing digital work for pods. The focus of this role will be flexible to meet the needs of our evolving digital strategy as the industry changes and our needs evolve.


How You’ll Succeed

  • Support the strategic vision and digital sprints: analyze growth and business opportunities, 2) analyze current and future business trends, 3) measure results, and 4) enable outcomes.
  • Ownership to meet objectives: Build stories, presentations, business requirements, support strategic work packages, and deliver robust business cases for proposed strategic direction and associated initiatives. Solicit feedback formally and informally from stakeholders and all lines of business to ensure ongoing leadership strength and momentum.
  • Collaboration & deep-dive: Deep-dive into channel strategies that drive profitable revenue growth, adoption and usage of digital channels to support meeting clients’ needs. Effectively collaborate with key partners and stakeholders across CIBC to develop unified digital banking platforms and capabilities.
  • Enable new opportunities and our future: Assess market and emerging digital opportunities for increased revenue growth and enhanced client experiences, and stay relevant in advances within digital banking.
