The Opportunity

Responsible for the project and job execution and completion of the assigned area or discipline in accordance with the specified plan. Operational control of service activities including all relationships with all stakeholders and every step of the Project Life Cycle.

The Role
  • Provide management and administrative support for the efficient and productive management and coordination of the service execution function (ERS) for the company
  • Operational control of service activities including client relationships, supervisors and site laborers, subcontractors, materials, tools and equipment, job estimates and costing resolutions, safety, and industrial relations
  • Ensure quality specifications are in accordance with the company and/or client contract requirements
  • Prepare supporting information as required for management in relation to disputes and participate in the dispute resolution process
  • Ensure manpower and equipment resources are available to meet the plan
  • Understand the entire scope of work, the critical path activities, and any potential problem areas
  • Directly supervise and control the respective Supervisors or teams to ensure that all work is executed as per schedule
  • Liaise with the QA to ensure work is performed in accordance with Turnaround Quality plan
  • Ensure that all activities are aligned with Wajax Policies and Procedures, with EH&S.
The Candidate
  • Education: College or Trade or Certifications - Millwright, HET or equivalent
  • Work Experience:5-7 years
  • Knowledge: working knowledge of Oil Field project planning and execution; experience with Contractor management/ Accounting/ Administrative Role; competent with Microsoft Office
